Does Bucky actually have the super soldier serium in him, as thought was cyborg enhanced instead?

Why doesn't Baron Zemo want to take the serium and become a super soldier, being "master race?"

And so did that mean John Walker did take last sewrium, as he looked to be much stronger then before at end?

That's a good question about Bucky. I don't remember him getting the serum, but he sure acts like he has it, doesn't he?

I'm really glad Zemo didn't take the serum. I thought he might for a second, and I think he's far more interesting with that philosophical integrity.

I think we're meant to assume Walker took the serum.

My question is what qualities of Walker's were brought to the fore with the serum? Cap & Red Skull are straightforward good/evil, The Flagsmasher girl is more committed to her cause. What does the serum draw out of Walker? Certainty? Frustration?
