Does Bucky actually have the super soldier serium in him, as thought was cyborg enhanced instead?

He has both. Zola did lots of experimenting on him (said in the Cap movie) and gave him a knock-off of the serum (stated earlier in the series). The cybernetics is limited to his arm.

Why doesn't Baron Zemo want to take the serium and become a super soldier, being "master race?"

He's not about that.

And so did that mean John Walker did take last sewrium, as he looked to be much stronger then before at end?

Yes, he took it. Whether it's really the last is anybody's guess. Maybe a vial rolled under something.

I was wondering about Bucky. I mean when he originally fell from the train, why didn't he die on impact? Who found him, and why? How did they heal him? According to the first Cap movie only Schmidt and Rogers got the serum, right? I thought Bucky was cybernetically enhanced and brainwashed. He was kept cryogenically frozen and only awoken for missions which is why he didn't age.

Why was Bucky such a good option for Hydra or whomever had him in the early days? Couldn't they find a willing soldier? He had a psychological effect on Cap in the second movie but that was hardly a reason for anyone to recruit Bucky in the 1940s when they all thought Cap was dead.

When did he get a knock-off serum? Didn't the new science guy say his formula was lost in the Blip and he didn't make the new batch until he came back?
