This thread isn't about whether people think the movie is cursed, but whether the general public will think it is.

> > > ... really needs their head examined. This isn't even like opening King Tut's tomb, just some damn movie. Sometimes bad things just happen. Saying Heath Ledger died (or Morgan Freeman was in a terrible car accident) because of a movie they starred in, is an insult to both of them, and a highly whacked-out and inaccurate one at that. Try explaining your "curse theory" to their families.

That's not the point of this thread.

> > Yeah, Dark Knight wasn't cursed. It's a movie about a super hero. But Poltergeist, The Crow and The Omen? Oh yeah, those movies were cursed. And what about that ghost boy who appears in one scene in Three Men and a Baby? How do you explain that? Is a haunted movie the same as a cursed movie? Makes you think ...

All just movies. But the general public perceives certain things to be cursed, such as the Chicago Cubs, or even the Madden video game covers.

And there are people with reading comprehension skills.
