Hush had fixed his face to look like Bruce as revealed in "Heart Of Hush". In the pages of Red Robin, Gotham City Sirens and to a lesser degree in Streets Of Gotham, Hush has been running around as Bruce gaining all kinds of media attention by spending money and trying to bankrupt Wayne Enterprises. Bruce, Tim and Lucius came up with a plan in which Tim would inherit control of Wayne Enterprises, should something happen to Bruce or if he started to behave strangely.

As far as the world is concerned, Bruce is alive and well. Only the heroes and a select number of villains know the truth.
