I've been replaying Batman arkham asylum, awsome game by the way. Well anyway I was just wondering why they chose to replace killer croc with the Hulk and an alligators savage offspring. I mean, I know they've exaggerated him over the years, but has anyone read The Joker by Brian Azzarello and Lee Bermejo? If you have you'll see an accurate representation of what I believe to be the Intended original killer crocs persona to be. He's not the Hulk, or atleast not that I know of. He's just a regular guy, who, yeah he is pretty big. He's a big guy. But thats all he was, was a big scaley guy, who had some aligator like qualities to him. Ok, now everyone is going to say, the character needs to grow. Fine, ok, just like with Venom. Now lets just make everyone into a hulk.

One of the things that has always turned me off about the Batman titles since the late 80's is how there are so many books at the same time, and so many writers cranking out stories at any given time that it becomes more of a line of toys than it is a written work. As a whole, I can't take the story seriously, and none of these people are really on the same page about what they're doing. My point is that the various interpretations of all of the characters are a result of all these cooks in the kitchen, and it's not a restaurant, it's a Burger King.
