Out of all of them, let me see:

#Selina (Gee, whatever happened to her?)

#Silver St. Cloud- Does that still exist?

    #Vicki Vale

    #Silver St. Cloud

you already listed her

#Julie Madison- Does that still exist?

#That chick that was murdered by David Cain during the Murderer/Fugitive storyline.

Vesper Fairchild. I'm assuming she was named after the James Bond character Vesper Lynd. Then again maybe I'm wrong and Vesper is a popular baby name.

#Wonder Woman- Kind of! This one was just weird, and I don't think that this still exists or has been referenced in a LONG time.

Am I missing any? What has your favorite been? I like Selina, I'm not sure if she's my favorite romance, though. I would say maybe Silver St. Cloud or Vicki Vale. I haven't read much with Julie Madison.

I hope he invested in a condom factory. He gets around a lot but I rarely get the vibe he loves any of these women. Selina and Talia maybe.

I found a list online that had a few more

Shondra Kinsolving (what a horrible surname)
Mallory Maxon
Rachel Caspian
Linda Page
Lorna Shore
Kathy Kane (I can't ever figure her she related to Bruce or did she bang Bruce...or does she bang girls?)

Or however you spell her last name. She used to be Bruce's bodyguard during Greg Rucka's run on Detective Comics (After the great No Man's Land storyline.). I'm not even sure if she's been mentioned since New 52/Rebirth.
