I found this whole arc to be much ado about nothing.
Basically, we learn that for reasons that will be revealed later, Zatarra the Magician is in league with Ra's Al Ghul. And because he's Batman, Zatanna is secretly or not so secretly in love with him.
I could go into more detail, but that's it pretty much.
And Azreal is back. Does anyone really like this character. His book was not successful. He's a character from a long time ago and his whole schtick is from Denny O'Neil's religion is bad because they're all secretly fanatics.
These issues took time away from what has the potential to be an interesting arc with Stephanie Brown being anti-hero. I still maintain that Tynion doesn't understand the character. She isn't against superheroes. She is a character who desparately wants to belong. She LOVES being a superhero and she loves Cass like a sister and LOVES Bruce/Bats like a father.
Her whole hate heroes bit just doesn't hold up.
Or I could be wrong.
