I really didn't like it. The only redeeming thing about it was the epilogue that showed the aftermath, weeks later, with the Joker.

And maybe I didn't pay much attention to the story, but what's changed about Gotham? What's different?

And do we need to see Harley Quinn in the Batman titles? Doesn't she have her own book where she can be obnoxious for her fans?

So we are now back to just one original Joker then?

And bats broke their connection, so now willing to let Joker die now?
