The examples you cite should probably answer your question, R. Shabazz....Black Panther hasn't had a film yet like the other characters. DK Publishing has the license to use the Marvel characters in thier 'Ultimate Guides' but to ensure a successful sales plan they use the properties that would have some recognition to the general public. There's also been an exception(s?) to this rule like an Avengers Ultimate Guide which has NOT had a film, of course, but it has had 2 animated films and it's one of, if not the, top-selling title from Marvel which ensures sales. BP has appeared as an entry in a couple of these books but until he gets more recognition I don't see him hetting the spotlight, as much as I/we like him to. And I'd imagine that Wakandan technology was created by the Wakandans, finances by their wealth. This is one reason that they were a secret society...that and the Vibranium.
