Uatu's awareness should be greater than that and he should have such a weapon better secured. Then again, Galactus should have had it secured long ago. When did Uatu get the nulifier and how did Johnny know where is was? But I really get no real indication that T'Challa doesn't know how to use the nullifier. It could be that Watcher just allowed him to grab it as an excuse to help them. I'm blanking on other instances, but I remember one scene from Infinity Crusade when Watcher repeats his oath about his inability to get involved...but then tells Reed et all that if they wanted to hang around while he reviewed his data, he wouldn't stop them.
