For a few months now,I've been thinking that perhaps there was a ship with about 20-something Skrull science officers that crashed in Wakanda sometime early during T'Chaka's reign before T'Challa's birth. Some died off,some married and had children and integrated themselves peacefully into Wakandan society. Even aiding Wakanda at times by posing as T'Chaka when needed. Here's the rub,the Skrulls also at times,posed as T'Challa when he couldn't be in to places at once. So some adventures that he supposedly experienced with the Avengers were actually a Wakandan Skrull in return.
