> Because, if you remember that way, then everyone else must too? I know this is hard to believe, but there are actually people that like Hudlin's BLACK PANTHER. And believe it or not, there are actually people that didn't care for Priest's BP. I happen to like them both, but don't assume that just because you like or dislike a series that somehow, the majority of people feel the same way.

Who cares. The consensus is that Priest's run is incredible and well recommended while Hudlin's run is horrible beyond belief. It is not my opinion, I found out about Priest's incredible run through several big websites including IGN and Silver Bullet Comic Books that recommend Priest's run. Neither of these sites like Hudlin's abysmal run.

Do not assume that because you like trash that it is actually good.

Sorry, I got them confused. They are both great comic book artists. I meant Dwayne McDuffie.

While Priest's run easily gathered more critical acclaim than Hudlin, his series is hardly held with contempt by the majority of fandom. Most ignore it, at worse.

And don't assume all tastes are the same. There's justification enough to call Hudlin's work trash and pathetic. That 'everyone agrees' doesn't need to be one of them ;\)
