While Priest's run easily gathered more critical acclaim than Hudlin, his series is hardly held with contempt by the majority of fandom. Most ignore it, at worse.

And don't assume all tastes are the same. There's justification enough to call Hudlin's work trash and pathetic. That 'everyone agrees' doesn't need to be one of them
