Marvel Team-up # 20 (vol. 1) is the only thing that comes to mind.

And it seem a crime to me to leave BP # 36 & 37 out of volume 5 but that's probably jusy my bias.

MTU #20 does feature BP, but only as the last issue in a 3-part story, and doesn't add anything to the BP mythos, with the possible exception of Stegron (who I'd love to see again).

I LOVE BP # 36&37, but because they take place in the future, you can put those issues anywhere, and vol. 5 needed the space. Should be in Volume 6 with Kasper, BP 2099, and other assorted issues... but a moot point considering Marvel hasn't even put out ESSENTIAL BLACK PANTHER Volume 1 yet....
