Weren't Namor, Doom, Panther, and Storm supposed to be some kind of "Fearsome Four" alliance against the US?

Considering that Atlantis got blown up, and Latveria just got run over by the Might Avengers, they don't seem to be doing a good job of helping each other.

I thought that was just "spin zone" speculation? Although, we could just use that as a springboard to bash Hudlin, lol. First shots, anyone?
