No, Wakanda has always been landlocked- pretty much right in the middle of Africa. Even during the war with Atlantis. The Atlanteans fired nukes at Wakanda, and T'challa diverted them to Kiber Island, which was (and I guess still is) a Wakandan protecterate. So the only coastline they own is off Kiber Island. | |||||||
