> Loren whats your surprise?? > > every time a Marvel or DC executive, creator or editor or wahtever talks about their comics they always say: wow, this is going to be great, really, the best comic of teh decade, blah bla bla... > > they never say something like: from the 60 titles taht we are publishing , i think 40 of them are plain crap, or something like that, which is probably what they think. I mean, a normal person ( i am not talking about f'''' freaks who buy 30 titles a month) like 5- to 10 titles or something like that. You have to be stupid to like evrything a company publish. > > So, tehy always are manipulative, for they;: verything the y do is great and it will blow yopur mind and bal bañ bal, tehy are not sincere, so i am nortsurpisdsed about the quotes There's a difference between tactfully lying/concealing the truth about one's product and misrepresenting the comments of someone else, though. No one expects writers to detail and nail down future plot points. But at the same time, readers don't expect recommendations and reviews to be altered. | |||||||
