Hey Merzah,
The T in T'challa sounds like the consonant cluster in the word "fetch", it is very common in African names and languages, especially in central Africa, mostly in the case of of letters such as "M" and 'N" meaning that a name such as N'Turi will not be pronounced as EN-Tury, but will sound more like "Inturi".
Not easy to explain unless you've heard it pronounced out loud. I hope it does help however.
