Why not just start up again with 42? It's not like a new #1 means anything nowadays, what with books being restarted all the time!
The fact of the matter is, BLACK PANTHER should be on issue #103, AVENGERS should be over 500, etc.

Personally, I don't think "Black Panther" needs a new #1 issue for this current series, and when Marvel says it is "relaunching" the series I'm not sure if that means we will be seeing a new #1 issue or if that just means they are changing the name of the title to include Storm in it now, as well as a new focus for the book's direction.
