Were the Dora Milaje still unconscious from when Nezhno knocked them out in the second issue? Maybe that's why they didn't make an appearance, and perhaps the fight between T'Challa and Ororo didn't take that long.

I'm only speculating...I don't have both issues in front of me at the moment.
