Well, I don't remember specific issue numbers offhand, but I do enjoy renditions of Storm by David Yardin, Oliver Coipel, Jim Lee and the interior artist from the Storm: World's Apart mini-series.

I also like J. Scott Campbell's illustrations of Storm (his renditions of Mary Jane Watson-Parker are also great).
