And weren't Killmonger and him on good terms or friendly at one point? Would you guys pick him or Klaw? Also, can anyone give some good encounters between Panther and the Klaw? Thanks.

That's an excellent question. I'd give the edge to Killmonger only because Killmonger rarely goes up against anyone else besides the Panther. Klaw does occasionally go up against the Fantastic Four, the Avengers, and other foes in the Marvel Universe so he's not uniquely a Panther-only foe.

Some good Panther/Klaw encounters include BLACK PANTHER vol.1, issues #14 and 15, as well as BLACK PANTHER vol. 2, issues #28 and 29.
