I thought that his new codename might be Ghost Leopard, or Ghost Cat, or Grey Ghost, or Snow Leopard (because of his "Kasper" nickname).

Then, I suddenly realized that his new codename might be Coal Tiger.

He impersonated Black Panther. Then, he had the codename White Tiger, which is a rank in the Panther Cult.

The name Coal Tiger has often been associated with the Black Panther.

Not a bad theory. The only problem is that the new suit is white and "coal" when used was another term to represent the color black.
