I'm curious what his reaction to that decision would have been.



In the last part, Captain America is investigating the creation of Nuke, who had been the latest attempt at a new super-soldier. CA muses that if there had been more like himself during WWII then America could have won the war with "clean hands" rather than (iirc) "...thousands murdered by atomic fire."
