Good: the show uses a lot of the ideas of Mark Gruenwald and smartly reinvents Flag Smasher, Power Broker, US Agent & Battlestar for the MCU.

Civil War felt more like an Avengers movie than a Cap movie.

It is also good to see Zemo & Batroc again.
