Yes, absolutely.

Cap should read "War is a Racket" by legendary WWI soldier Smedley Butler and relinquish his shield as he cannot serve a government which he realizes is a corrupt military-industrial complex that ALWAYS wants war and ALWAYS lies.

He should represent the actual people of America who just saw the military humiliatingly LOSE after 20 years in Afghanistan and who want to de-escalate with Russia because that is a war no one can win.

i've read that. there's a lot of good sense in it
