I say the Xem screw him up big time

... neither Prof. X, nor Rogue, bring anything to the table that Superman hasn't dealt with before in his own titles.
Having Rogue is the same that having Parasite.
Having Charles X is the same that having Manchester Black, Brainiac, Maxima or any other of the many telepaths that Superman has fought before... and overcame eventually.
Superman, while not a telepath himself, has shown to be highly resistant to telepathy, and this is evidenced in his many fights against his telepathic foes.
And Juggernaut... Superman will have plenty of time to deal with him after quickly dispatching Charles X and Rogue.
Given Kal's greater versatility and intelligence (his pre-Crisis genius-like intellect has been restored during Kurt Busiek Up, Up and Away story-arc, just after Infinite Crisis.
Superman just can't lose.

"Alright you primitive screw-heads, listen up. See this? This is my boomstick! It's a 12-gauge double-barreled Remington. S-Mart's top of the line. You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan; retails for about one hundred nine, ninety-five. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel, and a hair trigger. That's right, shop smart, shop S-Mart!"
(by Ash Williams, from Army of Darkness).
