Heat and cold aren't going to bother him and he's going to regenerate any physical damage he takes almost instantly. On the other hand, Supes is going to eat planet-levelling cosmic power that he's not going just be able to shrug off... I can't see 'dust losing this fight outside of a plot device. C.

Now I freely admit that Superman is not Asteroth . . . but Asteroth's eye beams clearly hurt stardust, Asteroths claws (although there did seem to be an energy effect there as well) clearly hurt stardust . . . Hell dust was clearly leaking energy when she got her arm bit off and it did take a few panels to reform. Personally I think she was bluffing when she said that BRB would never be able to destroy that body, I mean how many times has a villian made that claim.
