I don't recall, but if its primary adamantium Ultron, I doubt BB scream would destroy Ultron. Will hurt him but Marvel makes adamantium virtually impossible to destroy. Most instances of it breaking have either been retconned or are by skyfather level beings.

The fact that Ultron is so intelligent and powerful means that he can't be completely adamantium on the inside. This is why the Human Torch was able to defeat him with a nova blast, by heating up his insides. It stands to reason that enough force or vibration could do something similar.
