I agree with Ultron evolving and changing all the time, but his core drive has basicly always been to destroy organic life. A change in mental patterns is one thing, although he has always been male, but I dislike how he would mimic the thing he hates the most. Even if they made him look more like a man I would dislike it. This is just more of a shift.
I should have posted the info on the issue too, but it basicly says its Ultron. Marvel has been know to exagerate , or lie, in some of its preview summaries, but it just says its Ultron there.

He constantly says he hates everything about humanity, but yet he uses the most basic human emotions, (hatred, bitterness) to drive him. That's the main paradox about his character.
