Spidey is written much faster these days (and has had two powerups) so I think he'd do better against a speedster. Spidey was doing ok against a speed demon that was way faster than he originally was. The point is that when it comes to speedsters, the degree never matters. Quicksilver was written as moving so fast that that he could barely be seen even when he could only run a couple hundred mph. A guy like spiderman should be able to match those speeds in the short distance, but oh well.

Doesn't matter if it is Flash or Triathlon. Speedsters always perform the same.

True in comics; it doesn't matter how fast they are, speed of sound or speed of light, the bad guy always gets in that one hit and the hero always manages to get the win.
