hasn't she, on occasion, used insta kill powers? Cannonball can be argued as above Spidey. Both Spidey and Cannonball are WAY farther above Enhanced streets than Enhanced Streets are above streets IMO.

Spidey (who apparently reflects the Meta branch) beat Firelord, Wolverine has fought Hulk evenly. However no one seriously says that Wolverine and Spidey are heralds do they? I would say that power wise Blink falls BETWEEN Spidey and Nightcrawler. Solid Meta. Shadowcat could do the same things Blink does, it is only a matter of attitude, just ask American Eagle!
