While I concede that many of the characters' strength levels are open for quite a bit of debate, I think Superman has proven to be at least in the top three. Why do you rank him so low?

Agreed, classic Juggernaut was roughly Class 70 in terms of pure strength. His thing was always invulnerability and unstoppable force.

Because in the list you have guys like Mangog, Destroyer and Thanos first. And theres still more.

Juggernaut used to be on the level with Thor, take it or leave.

Cain as cl 70 would be more accurate if your talking post-powerdown.
