However, since you brought up Spider-man, I think he's a unique one. The odd thing about him is that he's always fighting at the level of his opponent. Spidey could be fighting a bum on the street and still have a few problems yet still take on a class 100 villain and do just as well. I think that in his case he is traditionally underwritten but has select moments of being overwritten (in terms of ability). I really hate saying him look incompetent as a hero. He should really be above that by now. It's ok to make mistakes but sometimes he comes out looking like a clown. | |||||||
