JLU Amazo took out the virtually all the Justice League including their heaviest hitters. He shunted a planet into another dimension. The dude was pretty much unbeatable, especially when you factor in that he'd just take on Tyrant's powerset (not that it would add much to himself) the moment he saw him.

Amazo >>>>> Thanos.
