... one million times stronger than Superman, as Marvel will never allow Superman to walk all over Thor and DC will never allow Thor to walk all over Superman in a crossover -- that would be idiotic from a corporate perspective. It's almost guaranteed that it's not going to happen, no matter if it would make sense -- either way -- to do so.

Thor could spend the next ten years routinely juggling planets while Superman spends that time routinely struggling to lift heavyset Italians like me ... and it won't make a jot or tittle of a difference. They'll always be presented as equals or, at the least, near equals in strength in any inter-company jam.

Seriously, if either camp is looking for evidence that either character is as strong as the other character, just look to the crossovers and pretend that nothing else matters but the crossovers.
