which is why I put her at PM level. That stregnth, durability is HIGH LEVEL, which there are many PM's who have only a few powers, but those powers are exercised at a HIGH LEVEL. Hercules and SheHulk & Titania & Thing all have HIGH LEVEL ability with the few powers they have. If they have medium to low level ability with only a few powers, that's why I place people in EM. If they show one or two low level powers, I place them in Meta.

> Didn't you say that an Enhanced Meta has up to 3 medium level powers? Titania has one, two if you count durability, and is clearly not top tier. Also, you've recommended Songbird as a meta; based on that, Titania wouldn't be that much more powerful to put her at PM I think.

I'd classify She Hulk as a definite PM as she has been regarded as the strongest female in the MU and Titania has been said to be the second.

i'd put Titania about the same level as Donna Troy who is a solid PM.
