Lots of people take on entire superhero teams - even Daredevil has taken on a topend Avengers team and humiliated them...

To be a Herald takes more than just being proficient in ONE field, Reed Richards can stretch further than any Herald but no one in their right mind would equate him with one.
Proff X is Earths most powerful Psi allegedly but no way is he a Herald - to be Herald takes the ability to compete with a Galactus Herald. You need Flight, strength, Durability, some EM ability and ideally the ability to hang out in space with a G-Herald.

That's not the Hulk.
