Probobly not but they'd still be a challenge.

In theory he's a definite contender, he's being revamped right now so we'll wait and see. I don't think his knowledge extends as far as the Doctors myself given the sheer range of times and places the Doctor has spent time in, that's one of the Doctors biggest advantages really - very little can stump him tech-wise.
