Sentry is out of his league generally as he can't access his powers to a good enough effect to counter what Sentry can do but that said he has beaten Kryptonians and Daxamites in the past so it's definitly doable!
I'd say it's 50/50. The power the skrull has is immense and this would be a bit of russian roulette for Jo as if he chooses the wrong power at the wrong instant he's dead.
Avery good fight. I would say Ultra Boy should prevail as physically he's a match and can use flash Vision and mix speed with invulnerabilty for lightning strikes...
Magneto should be a bit too powerful, he's a real tough opponent for anyone.
Ultra boy should own handily.
Good Fight, Given Jo can floor Daxamites & Kryptonians i edge him...
