I should start by warning the lurkers that this is about the printed edition of the crossover. It is not about any particullary edited version that some got in the black market.
So, the whole first match lasted 4 pages. Of these four pages, we got 3 pages where they showcase scenes of the fight. In these 3 pages, we got exactly 4 panels of the two squaring off.
Of these four panels, Wonder Woman only got more move, and final, of advantage, after the fight started with a cheap shot of hers, that interrupted him in mid talk, from a question she asked to him. We also dont see the end of it, since the whole set of actions are interrupted when Aquaman bails out and grabs the artifact.
Say, i am perfectly sure that this will be featured in alot of "dominant" book of records, in future debates. After all, i only see you and some other two in other boards go to the point of adressing this as such.
And yet, not one of you, who share this kind of reading, ever adress the first round between Thor and Superman, as "dominant" in favor of Thor, when:
Superman looked bad in the frst half.
He couldnt take Thor down even with up close backup.
Also amazing how you dont call the same to Hercules restraing her, when it is the *only* panel that the creators bothered to show about the second encounter of note. And the best some of you, rare breed can muster, is an excuse that two mid levels with the size of an ant, wer "helping him" despite only really trowing ant sized bolts at a distance that werent even denting Diana`s skin.
But given how later Hank wanted a piece of her, maybe he at least could after all.
