Either way the writer clearly intended for the feat to be astounding -- something that no single being could accomplish -- something that was meant to show how powerful Superman and Wonder Woman are. Otherwise why else would he have Spectre specify that they are two of the most powerful beings in ANY Universe and that the form of Spectre holds the consciousness of Eternity?
