In my opinion, no.

My personal favorite runs, in order:

Rucka (an all around impressive Wonder Woman with intelligent writing)
Luke (explored the Pantheons and a lot of mythology)
Perez/Jimenez (tied)
Byrne (some highs but a lot of lows)
Messner-Loebs (interesting tidbits but DC editorial mandated he jettison the Perez run so a bit of this was sloppy)
