Pratically equal to zero. His energy knives would be absorbed by Bishop, who is also a better fighter, sniper and tactician. Also, Bishop has a giant robot arm, now.
The only way Peter would win would be if he has a baby with him, since current Bishop is to babies what Dastardly is to pigeons.
