Hulk has never beaten Thor with or without Mjolnir.
Not to mention he (Hulk) never proved that he is stronger than Thor.
In Thor#385 it was more like Thor was holding back, while Hulk didn't.
In Hulk annual 2001 Thor had Banner with him who transformed into the Hulk and with surprise punch tried to KO Thor, but again Thor rised again.
