True, but posting scans of him taking a couple shots from a strong guy without getting killed doesn't prove much. We've seen Daredevil get smacked by the Hulk. It happens. I'm not saying DS is human level, but he's much closer to Captain America than he is Spider-man. While Batman had a big advantage, DS has also lost to the combined might of Batman, Nightwing, and Robin, basically three really skilled humans with no special weapons or powers. Appearances against Kid Flash aside (let's face it they job and nobody should be touching him), Slade shouldn't be making contact often with a guy who is faster than him and has precognitive powers. Don't forget that Slade isn't strong enough to break out of the webs so it could be a very quick battle.
