He's probably a lot more mobile then Thing but his overall durability is less. He has "unbreakable" skin but he still doesn't take blunt force trauma like a class 80-95 character like Thing.

While I agree that Grimm is stronger and would win by superior fire power, Cage likely is the more durable of the two. Even pre-power up when they fought , Ben commented that Cage's durability rivaled his. It should be noted though that back when Cage replaced Ben in the FF, he was very close to Ben's strength when Ben was using the exo-skeleton that gave Ben roughly 90% of his normal Class 85 strength. In other words, Cage was all over the place strength-wise until jis "power up". In one story he might be a 3-tonner and another he might be a Class 70-75 tonner. His durability has always been at least that of a Class 90- Class 100 character though.
