I never saw Speepracer, so I will reply only on Heero vs Kenshin.

Gundam pilots are good and ruthless, but Kenshin is just too much, IMO. He is faster and stronger than Heero. And if melee weapon is allowed, he has even more chances to win.

I have seen Kenshin cut through metal before. And anyway i could see this thing where heero is in his Gundam suit. he is looking around for Kenshin but does not find him. Next thing he knows kenshin is in the cockpit behind him, sword half drawn...the end.
