...date-rapey ways. Eros and Hercules immediately spring to mind, if you count them as heroes. However, perhaps score-count and pressuring women into sex is not indicative of who is "best" with the ladies. If love, romance and wooing are the criteria for being "best", then I'd say Ralph Dibny.
