How well would The Thing do against Savage Hulk starting at Hulk's baseline strength level and without both his healing factor and the ability to grow stronger? Does Ben get a win here in your opinion?

Ben is a better, more determined, more focused fighter. Even if Hulk's baseline strength is more, (and there is a lot of debate to that point) without the increased strength or healing factor, Ben will eventually overcome whatever the Hulk puts out.
