When the Beyonder showed up in main Marvel Universe, when Thanos gained IG, when he got a Cube etc...
Other powerful beings gathered forces to oppose all of them, especially Thanos with the IG...
If they sense BOB has power of "God" now, and can go "nuts" at any rime...
Why wouldn't the "Great Powers" link up and destro BOB before he "Freaks out?"
Wouldn't likes of Celestials and Galactus want to keep the "Cosmic order" in place?
Wouldn't even LT want to intervene in these affairs now?

I'm sure that if he were to do anything DIRECTLY threatening then they would intervene. The Cosmic Poobahs didn't stop Thanos from gathering the Infinity Gems (nor did they prevent him from being born either). Also, there are plenty of superpowered pawns to be cannon fodder first. Until there's a good reason the Cosmics tend to go about their own business.
Heck, LT has stated that he's only interested when the MULTIVERSAL balance is threatened, ie. one particular universe going wrong and crapping on the works (still don't know why he hasn't kiboshed the Zombie-verse yet . . .)
